What PLUX.deals is
PLUX.deals is an online marketplace. Independent merchants list products, services, deals and vouchers; customers buy from them. PLUX provides the platform, takes payment through licensed payment providers, and supports both sides. The merchant — not PLUX — is responsible for the quality, delivery and redemption of what they sell, unless stated otherwise on the listing.
Prices and deals
Prices are in Nigerian naira and shown with delivery and any fees before you pay. A deal shows the merchant’s reference price, which must be verifiable. Deal quantities and time limits are enforced by our servers; if a deal sells out or ends before payment completes, the order is not confirmed and you are not charged.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed only when your payment has been verified with the payment provider. Stock is held for you for a short time while you pay.
Vouchers and gift cards
A voucher is identified by its QR code and code, and is checked by our servers every time it is used. Each value can be redeemed once; a screenshot cannot be used twice. Expiry, partial use and transfer rules are shown on each voucher. Gift cards are not cash and cannot be exchanged for cash except where the law requires.

Your account
Keep your password private. You can buy as a guest. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.
Merchants
Merchants agree to list accurate information and prices, honour deals they publish, fulfil paid orders, and accept the commission and settlement terms agreed with PLUX before their first sale.
