What we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone, password (stored only as a one-way hash)
• Orders: items, delivery address, contact details, payment status (we never see or store your card number — the payment provider handles it)
• Vouchers: balances and redemption history
• Technical data: IP address and device type for security and fraud prevention

Why we use it

To process your orders and payments, deliver vouchers, prevent fraud, give support, and meet legal obligations. Merchants receive only what they need to fulfil your order (name, phone, delivery address, items).

Marketing

We send offers only if you opt in, and you can turn it off in your account settings at any time. Service messages about your orders are always sent.

Who we share it with

The merchant you buy from, our payment provider, and service providers who help us send email and run the platform. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. Contact support. We may need to keep some records (orders, payments) for legal and accounting reasons.

Security and retention

Data is stored on servers we control, access is limited by role, and we keep an audit trail of staff actions. We keep records only as long as needed for the purposes above.
